ShellRef ("the app") is a shell scripting reference tool for iOS and iPadOS. This privacy policy explains what data the app handles and how.

ShellRef does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network requests of any kind.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Your bookmarked topics ("My Quick Refs")
• Your selected theme and font size preference

This data never leaves your device. It is stored using iOS standard local storage (UserDefaults) and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

ShellRef uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external services of any kind.

ShellRef does not collect data from anyone.
